Welcome to my Dare Page!

I’m taking on A Dare to Remember for the Stephen Lewis Foundation.

I have set a personal fundraising goal of $500 and am asking you – my friends, family and colleagues – to sponsor me. The money we raise will go directly to African grandmothers, children, and women – ordinary people who are doing extraordinary things to turn the tide of AIDS in Africa. 

What I am daring to do to raise money for the Stephen Lewis Foundation is becoming a human signboard for a day.  I am working with my friend Payge, who is currently living in London England.  If the two of us can each raise $500 we will wear jumpsuits and ask people to sign our suits to show their support for the foundation and to show that they care about the victims of HIV/AIDS.  

I will travel around my University campus wearing the jumpsuit, asking as many people as I can for support.  I will be the human signboard on October 19, and pictures of the day will be taken as proof that I completed my dare.
